      This is my Six Steps Program which is my morning sequence:

      1. get off bed
      2. lady’s room
      3. main floor, make coffee
      4. basement, let dogs out
      5. up to get a cup of coffee
      6. Fab40  even before my 1st morning cig!

      So what’s yours from wake up to log on??  How many steps?

        • 1. out of bed
          2. take allergy meds
          3. turn coffe pot on
          4. let dogs out, say good morning to snowball
          5. take estogen
          6. turn TV on
          7. get coffee
          8. log on

           I guess it’s 8 steps for me.  Didn’t realize that’s how quick I log every morning.
          Thanks CD for showing me the light!!!LOL

          3.) turn on puter
          4.) bring dog out while calling hubby at work
          5.) start coffe
          6.) fed my animals
          7.) bring first cup of coffee to puter to check on the Fab’s

        • 1. wake up at two a.m. and think about my Fab 40 friends for awhile and eventually go back to sleep.

          2. get up early

          3. pee, take meds

          4. let dog out

          5. have coffee

          6. try to get most of my work done before noon so I can get online and hang out on Fab 40.

          7.Feel not the least bit guilty about huge amounts of time spent online. Okay, maybe a little guilty about ignoring my husband.

        • 1. Wake up, click on the news.

          2. Wander to the espresso machine & make some (latte!)

          3. Make sure Christopher is up, which he usually is.

          4. Sit quietly for a few minutes to organize my thoughts, things I appreciate, things that need to be done or what’s planned for the day, etc. (Meanwhile logging into laptop & sipping latte!) Breakfast may or may not be in there somewhere..

          5. Work out or hit the shower depending on the day’s schedule.

          6. Straighten up the house & GO!

        • 1. Up at 5:00am -pray and to the gym
          2. Drink 2 bottles of water and eat an apple
          3. Take shower get ready for work
          4. 7:30 am Work
          5. Work
          6. Home and eat
          7. Check Fab 40
          8. 9:00-nightie nite

        • I am on leave of absence but I will soon be to work.  You may not see me as much.  Just tolerate me a little longer and I will be vanishing, not entirely but less and less of me.

          3. Get dressed for work
          4. Sit and watch a little Tellie before leaving for work or log on to Fab40
          5. Let dog out
          6. Wake hubby up @ 4am for work
          7. Take out something for the days dinner (I don't eat breakfast even though I know I need to!)
          8. prepare to leave for work at 4:15am

          my daily work ritual.happy

          2. hit the can
          3. hit the coffee machine
          4. hit the computer to check my emails and Facebook page while drinking coffee, smoking my first cig and watching the news
          5. hit the shower
          6. hit the sidewalk to catch my 1st of 3 buses to get to work

          On the weekends, it’s all the same but #6 and about 4 hours later. I usually don’t check into this site every day; I have way too many other sites to visit daily.
