    • I received this as an early reviewer on Library Thing and am enjoying it so far.  It is the fourth in a series by James Redfield of fiction adventure stories that are really about the different levels of ‘enlightenment‘.  I have read the other three & was partial to the first & the third so far the forth more inline with the second - ok but not Amazing.

Regardless his books always make me think & help to put my mind in the right place.

I would be happy to have a discussion about the series with others who have read one or more of them.  Just let me know!

        • The first one I read years ago myself (need to go back & re-read it).  The second one was ‘ok’ I really enjoyed the third one more (but of course they lead into one another) the forth one is on the same level as the second one so far.  But as with any book of this nature it really depends on where YOU are with everything as to how enjoyable or beneficial it might be to you in the moment.

I actually had the Celestine Prophecies for about 6 yrs before I read it... Once I did it made me smile because it was sharing information I had been processing over the past couple years before reading it, thus being a great validation for me at the time.  Probably why I enjoyed it so much.

        • Yes I enjoy it.  I have received 5 early review books from the site so far & my teenage daughter just joined as well.  It is a great resource if your looking for something new and often from little known authors.

It is also a great site for authors to share their books with another community.  I know even our local library checks it out quite often.  Hmmm I guess I should share it with this community somewhere for authors on here... happy

        • @ LaTosha - If you read the first two (Celestine Prophecies & the 10th Insight) be sure to read The Secrets of Shambala next before you read this one.  The series is written to be read in sequence.  Not that you can’t read them out of order and get something out of them but the flow is better if you stick to the order.

IMHO Secrets of Shambala is the 2nd best so far.

I know he has a couple of books that aren’t in the series as well so not sure what you have read. happy
