I just want to let the group know that I’m making Father’s Day chocolates and they will be shipped either Monday or Tuesday of next week.

I asked the question the other day about preference of either milk or dark for our guys and milk chocolate was the favorite of most. I’m working the rest of the week on chocolates and will be making both milk and dark but more milk chocolate than normal. I’ll try and post a photo in a day or so and make ordering available on my blog.

But to let you know for now the boxes are a really nice black quilted with a white ribbon and they hold 16 pieces. They will sell for $25.00 with a $15.00 shipping charge to accomodate the larger gel pack I need to use this time of year and more insulation in the flat rate box from the postal service. And the flavors I know I’ll be making are:

      Milk chocolate macadamia nut buttercream
Black and tan - a very thin semi sweet chocolate shell with a rich milk chocolate center
Caramel - these are always very popular
Chocolate dipped dried pineapple - milk and dark
Pistachio and dried berry clusters - milk chocolate
      Espresso - dark chocolate
Coconut - toasted coconut filling but with a milk chocolate shell
Passion fruit - I can’t get away with not making these. They‘re the biggest seller and my signature chocolate

I’m also working on a “surprise.” Just know that beer is an ingredient.estatic

Let me know if you‘re planning on ordering for father’s day so I can do a better job of planning production. I don’t want to run out!

This isn’t “the” box but it gives you an idea of what it looks like.

      Love it
