          I will be heading out to walk in about an hour..... I am not sure how big the track is but I am up to 15 times around it.

        • As to the move challenge, you betcha!  I do 30 min cardio a day and weights every other day.  With friends to workout with, my motivation stays on track.  Anyone need a virtual workout buddy? BTW - I’ve about 95lbs to goal

        • I have actually worked out every day but one. My measurements are decreasing but my weight has only gone down 3lbs. Has anyone else run into this?

        • Im not feeling to good because of a sinus infection but I have done my 20min today . I did it yesterday also sorry I did not check in  .
          It helps me feel better and then I rest . Good luck to all today~

        • I slept in this morning and didn’t do my 7 a.m. walk—- but back at it tomorrow!  I’m trying to work up from 20 min to 30. Want to lose 2 pounds by my Monday weigh-in.

        • If it’s a standard track, then it’s 1/4 mile around...so 15 times is nearly 4 miles...you go girl!

        • kmarie, you know what they say, muscle weighs more than fat.  i’ve found that the number on the scale does not necessarily reflect your success.  now measurements are a true judge of what working out is doing for you.  

          thanks to all in this group for helping re-motivavte me today, i was slacking off,but now i’m off to the gym.

        • Debra it must be a standard track so WOW! YEAH for me! Now if I could only do the one lap (1 mile) around my block (very hilly) without getting winded.
          I will tell you the 15 laps on flatness is so much easier than the 1 lap around my hilly block.

          Cassandra I hope you feel better...sinus infections are awful so I feel your pain.

          Kmarie I think that just means you are bulding more muscle which weighs more than fat. But it will help your burn more calories. And hey as long as your clothes are getting loose or fitting better than it’s all good.

        • I’ve just got to toot my own horn.  Yesterday, I met some friends at Applebee’s for lunch.  I stuck to the WW menu and felt really good.  Then on the way home, I decided I needed a treat and stopped at a local shop famous for their ice cream (The Ice Cream Man).  Long story short...I bought a kiddie size cup of no fat/no sugar vanilla fudge swirl.  When I tasted it I thought, yuck! I’d rather not waste the points and tossed it away.  First time I’ve ever passed on ice cream.  

          Today I’m going for a snow shoe hike so, to answer your question, I’m doing great!
