        • I have to say for this challenge I’m 4/4 I do track everything and my husband is a help . He likes to look up the points its like a game for him .  

           I have 2 lunches this week and that is hard for me . I took home half of my food for dinner yesterday so that was good and today I’m going to a friends for lunch ...lets see how I do .

        • Ugh...I was up 1.2 lbs. this week, that’s the wrong direction!!!  But...I made it to the grocery store on Tuesday night, sliced, diced, chopped, cooked, and packed it all up last night.  I have to be uber-diligent about planning my day, bringing my food and sticking to the plan.  I am determined to be down at least 2 lbs. by next Tuesday.  I’ll have to watch SuperBowl at home...but I’m worth it.  I’m happy to report my water consumption is up and I was a good tracker yesterday, and so far today (it’s only 10a in my world).
