      Today’s challenge is to add more fiber! Many of you take a fiber supplement, but adding fiber naturally through fruits and vegetables is a great way to enhance weightloss!

      Great ways to get in your fiber are to eat:  

      *Whole grain breads & cereals  

      *Raw vegetables & fruits  

      *Brown rice  

      *Seeds  

      *Legumes  

      Today, let’s try to get in our fiber today WITHOUT using a fiber supplement.

        • For anyone who has access to a Costco, I’ve been buying a product that is like a wrap or a tortilla. One of them has 100 calories, 2.5 grams of fat and 8 grams of fiber. It has flax in it and is part of Bob Green’s Best Life list of products.

          I’ve always been a fiber fanatic. I’ve never met a veggie I didn’t like and I love fruit.
