Your challenge today is to SEE HOW MANY DIFFERENT COLORED FRUITS & VEGETABLES YOU CAN EAT. Focus only on fruits & vegetables. List which ones you ate by the end of the day. This is a great way to see if you are eating a wide variety of foods.

Also, check out this website! It’s an excellent source of info about fruits and vegetables.

        • Does juice count?

Pomegranate juice (which I discovered I don’t really like)
          Cranberries
          Peas

        • I’m a shoe in for this challenge! I eat lots and lots of fruits and veggies!! I’ve already had an orange, a blueberry, straberry and soy milk smoothie, Lunch is going to be beets and greens from my local deli, sliced cucs and celery and my home made white bean hummus. And I always load my salads up with veggies at dinner time.

        • Just because I know how loaded with pesticides, fertilizers, etc., our fruits and veggies are (and I will not even go into the hormones and antibiotics in our meats), I make sure that I am covered in getting the necessary vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. So in addition to already having a banana and a handful of strawberries, with my shake, I have also already had a salad for lunch loaded with tomatoes, green leaf lettuce, onions, and cucumbers. I also make sure to take:

One scoop of Isa Healthy Greens - includes spirulina,
chlorella, milk thistle and cilantro—all researched for their ability to assist the body'snnatural ability to protect against and remove potentially harmful substances

IsaFruits - One scoop is the equivalent of an amazing 30 fruits!

And IsaCal - contains three-times the bone-building calcium found in milk

I take these on a daily basis. And I make sure to cleanse at a cellular level twice a month. It keeps me healthier than I have ever been in my entire life. I know, I know...I’m weird! But when you are someone who did not have their health, I just know that I NEVER want to go back to struggling with my health.

        • Well, I splurged today and made the 70 mile round trip to the grocery store and bought fresh fruit and veggies.

Hubby is not good at picking these things up when he shops after work.

I also had green, yellow, red, and orange peppers, onions, spinach (as in salad) orange, tomatoes, and more blueberries.

That is a lot for me and I will continue this challenge ALL weekend....
