Today’s challenge is to eat clean!!! That’s it - no garbage today. Here is the challenge:
None of the white poisons. Stay away from:salt (ok, you can use very little)sugaranything made from white flour (bread, pasta)white rice
Also stay away from anything with:transfathigh fructose corn syrupanything partially hydrogenated(Read the ingredients list on the labels!!!)
Eat 5 veggies and 3 fruits
It’s easier than you think. The bad foods listed zap your energy. Do this for a few days and your energy will go through the roof!!! Interested??
I am in for the challenge. I just had a work marathon in addition to being “that time of the month” and ate a ton of salt yesterday. I am ready for clean eating and doing a really long exercise session!
