        • Today was my rest day as I had to work 12 hours. I normally workout prior to work, but I needed to catch up on some sleep. I am planning on majorly working out tomorrow.

        • Sat n Sun I don’t schedule anything other than my morning wake ups and stretching before bed. However I will play wii, do yoga or go out walking ( today I did).
          I don’t want to suffer form burn out so I allow myself time off.....
