Keeping track of your measurements can be very motivational. There are times when the number on the scale isn’t going down, but the measuring tape is.
Get out your measuring tape (or print out a free one online) and measure the areas listed below. Write it down or if you are on Sparkpeople, post it in weight-in and other measurements on your start page here (it is private).
