      Create an exercise schedule!

      Having a good schedule helps you to succeed. Make a schedule that is realistic so you can stick to it as closely as possible.  

      Today’s challenge is to plan your workouts for next week (Sunday-Saturday). How many days are you going to do cardio? strength? Rest? What types of exercises will you do and for how long?  

      We may add to this list with other challenges, but set up your basic workout schedule.
