        • Hi Neicy! I haven’t tried the Tuna Helper one yet. I got this recipe from a friend a few years back and really like it. I don’t use as many potato chips though. And less cheese than what it calls for...just cause I want to keep it a little healthier. But it is yummy. Anyway, here’s the recipe.

1 Package Egg Noodles (sometimes I use elbow)
          Onions (about 1/4 cup)
          1 cup frozen peas
          2 cans tuna (drained)
1 to 2 cups Cheddar Cheese (I use 1 cup total)
          Cream of Mushroon (2 cans)
          Sliced Mushrooms (optional)
1 cup crushed Potato Chips (I used about 1/4 cup)

Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
          Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion, 1 cup cheese, peas, tuna, soup and mushrooms. Transfer to a 9×13 inch baking dish, and top with potato chip crumbs and remaining 1 cup cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is bubbly.
