          Annie...thanks for keeping us focused.  It's a hard thing to do I know.  I appreciate it.

          Vikki....keep up you good work!!  20 min..better than nothing.

          For me:  I haven't been very focused on my weight loss the pas week.   Again..where I work loves to cook....not a good thing.

          Today I will try to be more focused on drinking my water....and maybe even hit the gym tonight after work.  

          Ya'll have a great focused...weight loss day.  We can do this.

          I have had a good couple days of proper eating, drinking and exercising.
          I haven’t done my 20 yet but will be going to the park in a bit to walk.

        • I weighed in yesterday and only lost the pound I had gained from last week. frown  

          I walked/ran 20 min/3X last week and again this morning.  I really thought it would make a big difference.  Guess not.  I need some encouragement here.  worried

        • Awesome ladies! Sometimes I get frustrated if I give in and have a chocolate or something someone brought to work (don’t keep that stuff at home). I’ve learned to eat it, count it, and move on.....I never allow myself to think anymore that “I’ve blown it“. That one has been a long hard process for me. I weighed in yesterday and lost 2 lbs.....so hard! But yea!

        • Good for you Onevision!  And thanks for the encouragement Annie.   I think we are all having the same problem—staying focused.  And I should be happy with 1 pound because even though it may seem small if I lose 1 pound every week I’ll be lookn’ good by summer!
