        • I have no successes....I have not lost but I haven’t gained either.  But I feel bigger....and I’m not eating bad either.  

          Very discouraging....back to the Family Y tomorrow..

        • I am doing great! I have to admit I had a sliver of my Husbands B-Day cake, However it was such a small piece you could see right through it! I just needed the taste!  

          I feel confident that my weigh day, Friday will be a positive one for me! With my fab 40 sisters I am strong!!

        • In spite of the bloating I still lost 2 lbs.
          40lbs to lose
          total lost 6.5
          33.5 to go
          Today I will eat more veggies in the form of peppers, carrots, celery, tomatoes (fruit?) spinach salad, romain,green beans, yellow beans and chick peas
