      I wanted to post my weekend challenge to keep me on track. I have an extremely busy weekend since I have to cover working night shift. Since my body wants to become a couch potato when I am sleep deprived, I decided to come up with some challenges.

      Exercise every day
      Drink my daily 8-10 glasses of water
      Take my vitamins (I am terrible at this!)
      Do something fun for myself every day

      I am curious if anyone else is planning a personal challenge over the weekend.

          Good idea!  My challenge for the weekend will be:

           Continue exercise everyday- run, weights

           Drink 8-10 8oz glasses of water (I’ve been slacking here)

           Clean desk

           Get taxes together

           Go on a date with my husband!  heart

        • Maryann I love that you added a date with hubz.... sometimes we forget about spending time with our loved ones.

          I am going to contiunue the challenge Annie put out about eating as many different colored veggies and fruits. This is a big challenge for me.

          Also since gluten free is right around the corner for me I will be planning shopping lists today and shopping tomorrow.

        • To get back to good after “slipping“. Lots of fruits, veggies and lean protien. Along with my usual hour (maybe more) of exercise.

          And get in my 8-10 glasses of water (I’m terrible at this)both days!

        • My weekend challenge is get to everything I missed during the week...isn’t too much but I still struggle with some of my every day chores...for example it took me 2 days to do my fridge and it done though...spic and span!
