      I see that it’s been a bit challenging tokeep up daily with everyone’s weigh ins.

      So I am going to suggest that we just just post our own successes and challenges.
      I will be more than happy to cheer you on. Please PM me if you need help with extra motivation.

        • I have been successful at eating enough meals thru out the day. Unfortunately my weight is taking a toll until my body adjusts to me eating more. I am exercising daily in some format.

          My total goal was 40 lbs and I have lost a total of 8.5 since we started this group.

          A loss is a loss no matter how much.  And I do know that taking it off slowly helps keep it off longer.

        • I am so mad at myself! I had lost 12 lbs. but ran out of MY foods, started eating OUT and have gained back as of today 3 lbs....I know thats not a whole lot...but it still frustrates me... but today I get back on track...I am going to the store stocking up on my goodies, and hitting the treadmill.  

           I will not go backwards again...I have come to far this time....plus I am rewarding myself when I hit the 20 lb lost mark!...New boobies;)

          I am new here and having the same weight struggles as you all.  Down a few lbs, then up, when any little change or disturbance occurs.  I’m not giving up because I know if I keep at it I will be healthier and lighter! happy

        • Ok it’s a new week and I am off to a good start.

          I have exercised, ate breakfast and a snack, getting ready for lunch then a walk. I also have logged everything for the past 3 days....

        • I think it would help.... we could probably do a whole week of topics in advance then comment daily to bring it to the top.
          If you want to set up for the whole week I would go in and comment daily and PM those who joined.

        • I have lost a total of 8.8 lbs so far and I’m at my 8% . So far so good . Its been a while since I have been on the site work is very busy . Don’t count me out yet I’m coming back .

        • Even tho I have not been consistent in all my efforts I have managed to lose a total of 10lbs.

          I am eating 3 meals and 2 snacks per day.

          Most days I walk and do either hip hop abs or pilates/yoga.

          And still researchinh what country belly fat is considered attractive.

        • I went to the drs today for the yearly exam. Oh what great fun it was.
          And of course my weight became a topic since my blood pressure was up a little (could it be the anticipation of the poking and prodding?).
          As we reviewed my eating/exercising habits and I told her how many calories per day and how long it’s taking to shed weight.
          Her response to me was....... I guess this was your checkup to confirm you‘re getting old!!!!!!!!!! YIKES! No wonder it feels like I’m taking 3 steps back for every 2 going forwards.
          I guess I am back on the WW bandwagon.....

        • I love WW, joined last summer, have lost over 50 pounds! Still need to lose a bit more, but I feel great. Going weekly to meetings and keep track of my daily food intake has really helped me.
