The 21 day challenge will be starting on Sunday. This will be a three week challenge and we will begin a new one every time the old one ends.

Research shows that you can create new habits (or eliminate old ones) by doing the same thing for 21 days.

We will be doing this challenge in our weightloss/fitness group on Sparkpeople.

So if you want to join this, here is what you need to do:
      1. Select the habit you want to add or get rid of
      2. Respond to this post (on Sparkpeople) so we can track it for you.
      3. Check in regularly to tell us how many days you were successful.

The goal is to stay in the challenge! If you are successful every day, you will stay in the challenge. We are forgiving, so we will give you 2 free passes for days where you just can’t do it. However, if you miss three days, you move to our waiting room and have to wait for the next challenge to start again.

Every day, we will post everyone’s number of successes (on Sparkpeople).

Here are some ideas for new habits:

Drink Water - Set you own goal of how many oz of water you want to drink per day.
Fitness - Set you own fitness goals
Tracking Nutrition - Chose to log your food every day.
      Blog - Blog every day
Sleep - Get a good night sleep
      Other - be creative!!!

      Let’s do this together!

      Annie

P.S. - If you are not on sparkpeople, you can sign up for free at www.sparkpeople.com. the name of our group is Fabbers Against Flab.
