Your weather conditions were too bad for you to try to get out in it to even go to work, so says the weather reports and you call in saying you're not going to make it only, to hear one of the management team members say to you that if you don't come into work you will be written up? This is a true sceanrio even though I'm still sick I called in because of my illness, and the weather conditions were the second factor.
How would you handle that? What would you do?
And to top it off my hubby just paid out $1200.00 to get our truck fixed from him going out in bad weather last month and slid into a metal railing because of bad weather we just picked the truck up not even three days ago, and no way we're chancing that one again lol.
