      It’s really just eating healthy. Here it is in a very brief description. There’s more details to add, but let’s start small...

      Eat foods free of all unnatural additives (like High Fructose corn syrup)  

      If it is man-made (hydrogenated fats, trans-fats, etc.), don’t eat it!  

      When eating meat, stick to lean meat, chicken, or fish.

      No simple carbs, white flour, or sugars.

      Lots of fruits and veggies....  

      Drink enough water.  

      Eat 5-6 meals each day.
