Good morning to some and afternoon to the others. What kind of Sunday are you having? Mine is nice and relaxing. Finishing some jewlery pieces that I have been working on and just bumming around.
I was working out on my treadmill this morning when typhoon Jazelle - my 4 year old granddaughter came in. She helped me countdown my last 5 minutes and then asked me to make her waffles and hot dogs for breakfast. The other day it was meatballs and chocolate milk. When she’s with her mother she eats leftover pizza and fritos or sometimes - nothing - so I guess waffles and hot dogs aren’t too bad!
From here who knows how the day will unfold. Joe is watching the masters so looks like I’m left to my own devices today.
Even though it’s 70 degrees outside, I chose to be indoors. I spent some time working on my novel draft then compared notes with a couple of astrologer friends on that plane crash in Russia yesterday. Then, I put away my winter sweaters and placed them in those Space Bags, you know the ones where you vacuum out the air? I did the same with the comforters and marveled at how much space in my closets I freed up by doing that. Still have more to go but it’s time for me to get ready for work tomorrow.
I worked the evening shift at the restaurant last night. Eight and a half hours at a steady run and home at 10:30 so I really didn’t want to get up when the alarm went off. but, I got meatloaf made and potatoes ready to bake, went to church, visited with friends, came home, turned the oven on and sat for awhile. Had a great Sunday dinner with my kids. My parents stopped in for a visit. When everyone left, I had a fairly productive meeting with our pastor, and now I’m just enjoying a can of Dr. Pepper and hanging out on the computer. Plenty of leftovers for supper.

Well, I’m at work for another 2hrs and 14 min, but whose counting...then its off to my girlfriends house to bring her, her money, I do her banking for her. Then, finally, I get to go home and love around with my cats and say hello to hubbs...lol
Other than church this morning, it’s a lazy, relaxing Sunday for hubby and me and our doggie Rex.
My Sunday began with church service, after I went to the funeral home to receive visitors to view and sign the guestbook, and now I’m home relaxing preparing for tomorrow’s service.

Went out and did laundry with my bff, after that we had dinner and coffee. Then we went to Best Buy and I bought myself some more movies not that I need them cause I haven’t finished watching the ones that I have. But I also bought some CD’s I felt much better today and that Is why I was able to get out even If It Is over cast and gloomy out, It felt good to get outside.
Now I am relaxing, just got done vacuuming and later will watch a movie.
Very stressful as there was plenty of bickering amongst family...
I had a very relaxing day.. Made breakfast for me and hubby this morning both the boys were working today.. Then we took a nap.. We order pizza and now we‘re relaxing some more.. What a great a day
Joe’s putting ribs on the grill, I steamed a couple of artichokes, he picked some lettuce from the garden and dinner’s in an hour. We‘re finally opening that bottle of champagne we’ve had in the fridge for 6 months. WooHoo
