    • I know at first exercising is the last thing you wanna do but it has helped me. I start with strengthening my thighs whether using thigh master or the equipment at the gym. Of course walking is always good. Do whatever you can without causing too much discomfort. You also have to drink more water, take fluid pills or some home remedy to help get rid of the fluid in your body, because if it’s excess in your body, I believe it hangs our around your knees.
