You‘re happy in your current role in your current company but there must be something you’d change to make it even better....please share!

        • Teeky - you know as well as I that you can change your commute but you cannot change others...only how you react to them or how you let them make you feel!  There have been times when I was so under pressure that as soon as I picked up on an “edge” in someone I’d immediately flash my own “edge” and give it right back...that was back when I was feeling like a victim at every turn.  Now I really try to “kill ‘em with kindness“.  Easier said than done, I know, but it works in most cases.

        • For me....I really do not know what I could do to make it better than it already is.  My entire branch has just gone through a complete 3 month renovation.  I have a brand spanking new office of my very own....new everything. I have wonderful manager who really cares about her staff.  I work with a great bunch of people who love to joke, have a good time but are professional as well.

I’m getting ready to convert to a new data processing that will make my job hopefully even easier......and I’ve been begging for that for years.....now I get it.

So....other than a few employees who need an attitude adjustment and some much need personality.....I have everything I need.

        • Again, I am in sales.  If the company just would pay for more individual marketing (the company is big enough that they always advertise on TV but not on individual basis), more help from sales support so prospects would just line up in my door step... I just always want easy way out (period).
