Good Morning Ladies, here we are finally made it to Friday, for some reason this slogan popped into my head this morning as I rose from my bed, "THE BEST PART OF WAKING UP, IS FOLGER'S IN YOUR CUP!"  LOL. So this is what prompt me to use the above title for today's post. So ladies what is in your cups this morning?

        • Good Morning Neicy....

I“m heading to work today.  Praying for a day like I had yesterday minus the old man that likes to bother me at work.  I have to hide from him every time.  But thank the dear Lord...he’s leaving for Washington, DC no later than Sunday because he has to be at the Pentagon on Monday.  LOL...that was his story yesterday...oh...and he had an appt yesterday  to get his teeth because he couldn’t go to the Pentagon without any teeth.  This is the story he told my co-worker.  I left the building while he was there.  He’s in his 80’s and apparently high on something.  I’ve been running from him for 3 years.  Oh...and he’s Jimmy Carter’s first cousin.  Now that might be true...because he does look like Jimmy a little.  LOLestaticestaticestatic

It’s going to start raining at some point today and rain the weekend.  So my plan is to scrapbook this weekend.  Hang out at the house...and just enjoy the weekend.

        • Happy Friday Ladies.  Hope you are having a wonderful start to your day.  I will be busy packing.  But first coffee with French Vanilla creamer and sugar.  Hopefully that will give me the energy to get motivated.

        • In my cup?  This mornng it is my coffee substitute with cream and sugar.  In half an hour I’ll go have a cup of Folgers with the elders.

Later today I have a cleaning job for one of the elders.  Last time I cleaned for him, he followed me around the house chattering and showing me the latest pictures of his grandkids.

Took the kid to the doc yesterday.  She doesn’t have pnuemonia, so that’s good, but she’s still a pretty sick kid.

        • TGIF! Although in my case, still sick, but slowly getting better.  In my cup today, was green tea and honey, and son always tells me, “drink that, Mom, you will get better faster.“...he is learning a lot about nutrition at school.

I hope the Kid feels better very soon, Tulip!

          Everyone have a great day!!

        • After my morning errands, my cup was filled to the brim with milk. Along with a grilled cheese and turkey sandwich, it was oh so delish!

I’ve written letters to my grandchildren and I’ll mail them tomorrow. Now, I’ll need to find a “treat” to enclose with their letters.

Exercise for today:cleaning up leaves.  All done!

        • My cup today was filled with paper work and errands. Now the debate is what to do to celebrate the 14th Anniversary of my first date with Robert and the first time with him physically not here. since he passed away last month. I want to do something quiet, time for me and reflection maybe but I am not sure still. the City of Macon is dedicating this years M. L King’s march to him too. It is so much to take in
