        • Well I’m not sure a friend of mine had him and no longer could care for him and she knew I always wanted a shih-tzu so she asked me to take him.

        • We were walking along the Promenade and there was this woman holding a little something that had black sad eyes.

I asked her to hold him and fell in love.

Not sure if she was there to sell him, but we convinced her that he was waiting for us to come along and rescue him.

Im pretty sure he was stolen he was only 2 to 3 weeks old, scared of everything.

He was born under a lucky star, because Stoli lives like a King.

        • Yana,

          How adorable!

I saw my dogs on a “Please Adopt Us” poster from a rescue. Once I met them in person, I knew that I had to have them. They are the best!

        • I have had King Charles Cavaliers since I was five and just loved them but when Alice turned fifteen we had an old Cavalier Ruby and a Blenheim Cavalier Rosie and she wanted a Chihuahua so as the girls were old I said she had to wait - so three years ago we got Biggie ........ what a difference from quiet , happy go lucky Cavaliers to having this tiny tyrant - but he is her dog and they are inseparable.
We go him from a breeder and she knew how much Alice wanted him so from paying the deposit to collecting him I had to cough up another 200 ...

This is him on her back last night watching TV

        • Our Bella found us. We went to a shelter about 8 weeks ago to look at a dog that had been there for 3 years. We visited with the dog but she wasn’t very nice. She bit the girl that was walking her and she also bit my husband. I felt sorry for the dog but knew I couldn’t take her if I was going to be afraid of her.
We were on our way out when I heard a little whimper behind us. I turned around and there she was. It was love at first sight!

        • My daughter and I went to visit a himalayan cat breeder in order to do some research for a school project she wanted to do. Of course we fell in love with them and one of the kittens came home with us. Rachel named her “Floofie Allison“.  A year later we adopted her half-brother “Boo“. Today they are six and seven years old.  Here’s a picture of Boo. He’s the sweetest cat, but shy as all get out.

        • Yana, your pup is so cute!

          My Bunny Joey found ME!

I looked at this cute little gray bunny but this white one (who was about 3 weeks old) and fit in my hand, kept standing on his little back legs like “pick me, hey you , what ya doin - hey- hey - over here... look at me!”

Now I am in love with this little White Joey Bunny!
