  • Who Really Eats Like This?

    • It got my attention too.  So I’ve been exercising in one way or another all my life and I couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t losing any weight. Starving myself in the name of pretty. Then I had to start believing what I was being taught and what I was reading.

          You have to eat in order to lose weight, yeah right!  Once I cleaned my ears and opened my mind it all made sense. You have to eat at least six times a day. No one said eat like a pig, just eat your normal breakfast, lunch and dinner. Putting healthy snacks in between and right portions from the food pyramid.

          Who really eats like this?  I do. I lost 3 pounds this week already.estatic

        • Did you know that if you want to fatten a pig – you starve it and then feed it and it piles on the weight – it's the same for us we don't eat and starve and when we do our body just sucks that food up and we retain it ........ little and often is the key

        • My suggestion to anyone really serious about getting really healthy and fit would be p90X. It WORKS and works well. It actually makes you WANT to do it. I’ve never seen anything else that works this awesome.

          My metab is completely ruined from years of yoyo dieting and starving myself. I know to look at me you wouldn’t think I was starving myself but my metab has completely shut down. So this past year I have been trying to change a few things. It’s been trial and error but I think I have it now.

          Good luck to you on your 6 a day....
