Why Hypnosis?

My journey in life had brought me into the realm of hypnosis even though I did not realize it until years later. I am a hypnotherapist and have been a minister and counselor for over 30 years. In my dealings with the public I often had used the techniques of (self) hypnosis, hypnotherapy and meditation to help myself and others.

It wasn’t until I started to study hypnotherapy about three years ago that I discovered I already know a lot about it and had been using it all through my career.

I know first hand the benefits of the practice of hypnosis and meditation. I have seen its affects on myself and others. It is often profound.

You never out grow the need for hypnotherapy and meditation, it evolves as you mature.
