Most women want to be a size zero, like the models they see in magazines, right? No! According to a recent poll, women are happiest with their lives, their careers, and their love lives - and the way they look - when they're a much-more-curvy size 12. According to the researchers at London's Daily Mail, it's kind of like a "Goldilocks and the Three Bears" proposition. In other words, being a 14 and up feels "too big," being a size 10 or smaller feels "too small," but being a size 12 feels "just right."

So, why a size 12? Part of the reason is that women find it easier to maintain that size, without starving themselves, or exercising to exhaustion and they can easily find clothing that fits and flatters, unlike their heavier girlfriends, sisters, mothers and daughters. So, what size makes women the most unhappy? According to researchers, it's a size 18 and up. However, being tiny isn't the road to happiness, either. On the unhappiness scale, size four women are just as unhappy as highly overweight women. In fact, one in five women on the heaviest and skinniest ends of the scale said they were extremely unhappy with their lives.

So, what's the takeaway from this? Happiness can't be found in a dress size. So, eat healthy and exercise, and stop beating yourself up if you couldn't get your big toe into Keira Knightley's teeny, tiny pirate costume.
