Good Morning Ladies of Fab40, I truly pray all is well with each and every one of you. My day will will be spent with the hubby he and I both took today off to spend some time with each other, we plan on catching a matinee with my sister inlaw and her hubby and do some shopping for groceries and last minute things, I also have to get back here to bake a few pies. So ladies how will you spend your day today?

LOL! Sorry, I just have to be a smart alec. 
I’m making my rum cakes today. Only instead of rum and pecans I’m using amaretto and almonds. Should be tasty.
Then I’m hauling out the horrible old office desk that has been clogging up my bedroom for ten years. I’m replacing it with a cute little drop leaf table and an old living room chair.
Good Morning Neicy! I hope you and your hubby have a wonderful day! I seriously try not to complain but I have a serious isssue with my neck and its really bothering me...saw the ortho y‘day. Anyway...I’m going to try to get baking, cleaning and wrapping done. We actually have a cleaning service coming in tomorrow and I have to get everything picked up and vacuumed so they can do the deep cleaning and all the woodwork, cabinets,appliances, surfaces...etc. My husband went out last weekend on a Sunday to pull a toilet up and a really big fancy house where the cleaning company had been and broke a toilet cleaning brush head off and it jammed everything up, the owner said if we went out and fixed it right away she would clean our house AND pay my husband.....sooo, now i get a professional house cleaning right in time for Christmas! SssssuhhhWeeeetttt! LOL...have a wonderful Day!!!

HI Ree, so sorry to hear of your neck pain, but I do hope it get better really soon try not to do too much if your in lots of pain enjoy your day ladies.

I am sitting here in my pj’s and I don’t care..lol..still resting after Monday and tomorrow is my big day out, so taking it very easy today.
The weather here is damp and rainy, so some TV and my cozy blanket sounds good for this afternoon.

Well, my rum cake is still on hold. While I was walking the dog, I got a phone call from an older friend who I help out. She needed a hand.
So I went to have coffee quick before going to help my friend and my daughter called and said she’d gotten a vet appointment for her sick dog.
So, i went and vaccuumed for my friend. Now I’m having a quick bite of lunch before I haul the choc. lab to town (70 mile round trip).
Maybe tonight I’ll get my cakes made.
