Ok Ladies, for those of you who may have lived in or currently live in an apartment, have you ever had an issue with your business office, its really an offset issue I have with them that they are not aware of because this just arose. Ok here it is I'm looking for and waiting for some items I order from an online company and as I have been waiting I'm checking daily online for the tracking to see where it is, ok here it is today I see that my packages were delivered so it said, WTH??? I haven't received anyrthing! Ok so I go back in to see when it was delivered and it was done so on the 1st of December ok so now I'm pissed because now I'm thinking someone has taken my packages that were delivered by FED-EX which is a company I hate with a passion, they don't leave you any kind of note saying that they were there and that they left your package in whatever location, ok so something tells me to call the business office to see if it was there, and whadda ya know it is, and the office person says to me yes its here and its been here for a while ok my hubby just paid the rent on the 1st of the month the tracking section said they left my package on the 1st so why in the hell didn't they let my hubby or I know it was there at the office, I guess if I hadn't called or figured it out I may not would have gotten my stuff, WTH is all that about?

        • Neicy I know your work environment isn’t the best but maybe it would be better to have packages delivered there. At least you’d be in the office when it arrived and could sign for it.

        • I live in a townhouse and FedEx, UPS and the regular post office carrier have a master key to open the front doors and they leave the packages in the hall beside the apartment doors. Only time I have problems is when my guys are on vacation. But I agree, FedEx is a PITA when it comes to delivery. They park the truck around the corner, and when they ring your bell, they‘re gone before you get to the door.

When I lived in a place where no one was home during the day, I had all my deliveries sent to my job and the mail room was good enough to bring things to me. Our FedEx guys do leave the tags on the door letting you know they tried to deliver, and I’ve gotten on their site and changed the delivery date to a date when I was home. Every package I can check tracking on I check, because after a certain amount of time, things are returned to the shippers.

        • I agree with the other ladies try and get your deliveries on the job.  FedEx two christmas’ ago delivered some medication to my niece especially ordered by her son’s doctor, no one was home they left it outside and it vanished.  When called they said it was delivered so the doctor did not want to re-order the drugs nor did the insurance wanted to pay for the drugs until Fed-X admitted to leaving it without a signature.  The trouble they went through was painful as this kid needed it for a specific time.
