I wanted to post here and say hello....hopefully get some new topics going!

Yoga is a passion of mine and becoming more so every day.  I am certified to Expert Level, and that means I’ve done a lot of studying, and know that there is so much to Yoga that is left to learn it is staggering!

There are an estimated 8 million Yoga asanas known - and the number of variations made for individuals with physical limitations increases considerably - so for anyone who loves to learn and loves finding ways to bring healthy of mind, body and spirit together there is certainly plenty to study for your lifetime!

About two months ago, I signed on as the Yoga Editor for BellaOnline.  It’s a women’s community dedicated to fostering the talents of new and aspiring writers, like myself.  It’s completely free and there are lots of articles to read.

I’d love to hear from anyone who has questions about Yoga or would like to start a discussion about an article I’ve written or any other subject  you’d like to bring up!

With the Holidays fast upon us, taking time to practice Yoga is so important.  It literally gives a person time to slow down, find a place to balance your spirit’s equilibrium, and simply “chill“.

If you’d like to read my articles, they can be found here:

If anyone would like to share how they bring Yoga into their life - I’d love to hear from you!

      Stay healthy,

      Nancy
