Not everyone is a natural athlete. Maybe playing sports is not your style. Or maybe you’d just rather read, watch TV, or play a video game.

20 minutes a day sounds like a lot if you don’t exercise much. But it’s OK to start with only 5 minutes a day and build up from there. In fact, it’s healthier to start slow and increase exercise gradually. Jumping in with both feet can leave you with sore muscles and even less reason to try it again.

Sometimes i’m trying to get motivated to push a little bit harder, but not really wanting to. I dislike the pain! But I found out that music makes it easier to exercise.

I remember one time while attempting to do some pilates and upon turning on my ipod it challenged me... Kelly can you handle this? Michelle can you handle this? Beyonce, can you handle this? And this got me thinking, Kay, can you handle this? My mojo started up really quickly. Once that beat started I did too....

I danced non-stop all around the house!! Channeling my inner “Diva“. I realized I worked up quite a sweat and afterwards I felt like a million bucks. I thought to myself....this is a easy workout. I don’t have to pay extreme club memberships for a 20 minute workout with Destiny’s Child.

There are several ways to add exercise to your life, without really “EXERCISING“.  The key is to add activity slowly.
