      Hello everyone,

I have just started my own business, and I think that some of you here in this group might enjoy reading the information and perhaps signing up for the newsletter (it’s free).

The company is Nutrabeautiful,Inc. and my aim is to provide educational material of different kinds in the areas of health, fitness & nutrition.  I hold a degree in Fitness & Nutrition and I’ve done a ton of research on many different products - some of which you may be considering trying yourself.

My newsletter will be ready for it’s first big mailing in December - and I have to say that I’ve received a warm and very welcome from so many that I have been truly touched by the feedback I’ve received!

This business is a lifelong dream of mine (I’m 51) and it is place for any woman of any age or any fitness level to find quality information about how to create/maintain a healthy, beautiful way of life!

If anyone has any questions or comments you will also find a contact form on my website.

And, for the group here at Fabulously 40, a little tip from me........

Try using a large balance ball at your desk instead of a chair.  You’ll be giving your muscles a little challenge, burning a few more calories, and the best benefit of it all is that you can’t cross your legs.  I’ve been doing this for months and it has completely broken me of the habit.
Note:  If you find you feel sore or achey after a few hours or a few days of using the ball, use a chair for a day and then switch back.

      Take care everyone!
