      Hello friends,
Today I just want to encourage you right where you are. In every situation and going through every circumstance. The word for you this week is NOW! I love this word because with God everything is always NOW! For God is the same Yesterday, Today and Forever. The word NOW comes to mind also when I am having a trying time because the acronym that I have for the word is iN Our Worship! I believe that things happen when we began to praise the Lord! When we can rise above our situation or condition and began to give God praise for the wonderful things he has already done, a change occurs in our spirits and something happens in the spirit realm. A good friend once told me that he use to walk around with 2 heavy chips of anxiety on his shoulders and he was heavy with sorrow. He said that one day he forgot about his situation and began to raise his hands and worship God. In a minute he was feeling different. He was lighter and his worries lessened.  Well when he put his arms up in reverence and began to worship those chips on his shoulders simply could not stay there. They had to fall off. Amen. In a minute this could happen. In a minute your situation can change drastically. In a minute that thing that you thought was about to take you out could be gone. You could praise your way out of that prison that you have created for yourself or that family member that your worried about. In a minute you could have good health and longer life. In a minute things could change! Remember in the bible there is a story about Paul and Silas, they were locked up in the bowels of the prison! This simply means that they were in the part of the prison in the bottom. The part where all of the stuff from the cells above would just come down upon them. All the junk and waist that the other prisoners would drop out. It must have been aweful for them. They had been beaten and embarrassed. They had a sentence of death and based on the situation they had no future. The bible says that Paul and Silas began to praise the Lord. They sang praises unto God and AT MIDNIGHT something happened! Midnight is from 12:00pm to 12:01pm and that is a total of 1 minute! In one minute things Changed! I don't know about you but if your reading this amen it must be for you too. The jail walls began to fall down. The prison shook and the jail gates were open. Not only were the gates opened for Paul and Silas but all the other prisoners were freed too!!!! WOW that is just awesome! It is all N Our Worship yal! When we began to worship things change. I don't know what your situation is but you can change it in a minute! Try it. Just lift up your hands and open up your heart and mouth in praise. For God has done an awesome thing in your life. Just think about it and understand this. There is always someone who is worse off then you and to be honest God has been so faithful to us and really if he never does another thing in my life, He has already done enough. He has been faithful and true in his unconditional LOVE for me. Peace friends and many blessings.

        • I don’t belong to any church and I haven’t for years. I like going to churches that deliver simple, uplifting messages. But mostly I like the music. That has always been my favorite part about church. So I don’t follow any organized religion. I have my faith and my beliefs. Those beliefs have always been based in Let go and Let God. I know simple! But that is me. I believe He fulfills my every need. I believe that when I ask and take time to listen He answers. I have many instances in life when He has taken care of me.
Coco your words are right on. Sometimes we forget that there is someone else taking care of us.
          Thanks for this post!
