Is anyone else going through a crazy acne break-out? I woke up the other day with patches of acne on my face, a couple single ones here and there, not to mention the cystic break outs? I normally break out one or two here and there..but I trult look like a leper right now. Any help or suggestions for me? Thanks
I’ve been getting them more once a month........ Dang crazy peri menopause stuff I assume! I use Murads acne spot treatment but treat my face as combination skin with fine lines.

Yes from time to time...it just feels like every nerve in my body is connected to those damn pimples. I’ve heard great things about Murads but haven’t tried it myself. I use the Neutrogena Spot Treatment with fairly good success.
