    • I’ve tried them all.....the only one I didn’t do was Jenny Craig....

They all work, but they stop as soon as you do. estatic

I think the best diet out there is Weight Watcher.

I know that I need to get back on the program, but I’m stalling.

Now I’m gluten and yeast free, so I took up making bread, and you know where it’s going right???

If only I can capitalize on it like Jennifer Lopez did estaticestaticestaticestatic

    • I’ve pretty much tried them all. To the point that nothing worked for me and if I so much as looked at food, I gained weight! And my health just got worse and worse. So I vowed never to diet again. That is until I tried the Nutritional Cleaning and Replenishing. And the only reason I said yes, was because I was desperate for energy! Little did I know that I not only would get more energy than I had had in years, I also got amazing mental clarity, deep restful sleeps, and an overall sense of well-being...BUT little did I expect the 2 dress sizes in 1 1/2 months (7 lbs, 8 1/2 inches & 8% body fat in the first 9 days) that I released (as a side benefit)!! More importantly, I got my health and my life back! I’m going on 6 yrs of the BEST health EVER! The system is the highest nutrition available on the planet!! To this day, I remain grateful and feel blessed that I said yes to trying it. There is NO price tag that can be put on our health. I mainly use the Health and Wellness System. And for under $6 a day for a system that provides my body with over 242 organic nutrients and minerals, it’s worth it. I’m worth it. estatic

    • My doc put me on “the caveman diet” a year ago. Meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, beans, nuts & seeds. I gained weight! ;oP  It was intended to help lower blood glucose. I added whole wheat/whole grain carbs in low amounts and then lost weight.

    • Actually, what works best for me is to get a very small plate and only put as much food as the plate can hold, this way you are eating small amounts versus larger amounts..it’s like tricking your brain!happy
