    • My husband used acupuncture and we have both used a lot of herbal supplements.  But I have studied a variety of holistic and alternative health methods that are quite successful.

Really there are a lot of options out there for individuals who want to try alternative options for health & well being.

I am personally trained as a Reiki Master, Meridian Therapist specialist, NLP Master Practitioner & Trainer, Hypnotherapist, and trained in some Vibrational medicines.  I have also studied some on & used Family Constellations, Aroma Therapy, Crystals, and some other Traditional Chinese Metaphysics.

When I work with a client I don’t use one method.  I generally work use other energy techniques & intuition to figure out what method/methods might benefit them for their current situation.

I wish you the best possible results if you decide to try one of these methods... happy

    • I have had acupuncture and I’m impressed with what it can do to reduce pain and relax me. I’m an herbalist, meaning I’ve studied, grown, formulated and use medincinal herbs.
Use them for my wolf dog’s seizures too.

    • I am happy to read of the experiences with Oriental Medicine.
I have been involved with acupuncture and other Chinese medicines (Korean too) I love it. I get great benefit from cupping for my back problems and I learned to do cupping and Gua Sha from a Korean Dr. friend.

I am currently learning about Herbs from my Dr. friend’s husband (he is a biochemist, they are like my adopted Aunt and Uncle :) He was a Professor at the largest teaching hospital in Shanghai).

I have had such benefit and brought this into the lives of may friends and realatives, I was wondering how many of you have tried it.

      This is wonderful.

Mysticall: I would love to chat with you sometime, you sound very interesting...heart
