    • Yes! I used to work in retail and I hated it, so of course most of you know me and know I believe in the power of prayer, I prayed and told the Lord I was tired of that job plus the money sucked and he opened a new door for me to have the job I have now but even with this job I didn’t have the position I have now it took hard work and dedication to me being a caregiver to get the promotion as a Med-Tech Supervisor that I am now to God be ALL the glory!happyheart

    • I’ve had a ton of jobs I hated.  When a new opportunity comes my way, I always quit the job I hate in favor of one I hate less.  I’ve sort of worked myself into a place I like being that way.

    • I did records management for about two years and absolutely hated it!!  It was part-time and close to home but I still hated it.  I ended up quitting and finding another job in my field.

    • I had a few jobs that I would prefer never to go back to (waitress, barmaid, bar tender, chambermaid, fast food sever, cashier...LOL) but one in particular was phone tech for a computer company.  I enjoyed being a hardware tech... but hated dealing with people over the phone.  Especially since the companies main  ‘goal’ was for us to get people off the phone as fast as we could not really based on customer service.

I found a new job, then quit!

    • Thanks for your responses. My last job was as a kindergarten assistant at another school.  The teacher didn’t treat me as an equal, and I didn’t agree with her philosphy.  I quit and sadly lost my seniority.  It was my passion and I had to return to the school system.  Fortunately, after numerous sub jobs I landed my current position.
