    • I’ve tried going gluten free. It was hard for me although I do try to have at least 1 gluten free meal per day.

    • I did years ago with the help of an O.M.D. I had to get treatment to kill the candida, as well as change my diet, Was a bit difficult at first. AS soon as I get the funds Im definately going back to him... I am gluten sensitive and tend to get candida.

If you stick with it you will see a huge change soon.

    • I’m allergic to wheat and I’ve felt much better since I’ve been gluten free.  My digestion is better, and my allergies are better and most of my headaches are just gone!  Arthirits seems to be a bit better most days too.

For me, going gluten free has cut out some unneccesary carbs since I’m not eating bread with a sandwich, etc, so I’m starting ot loose a couple pounds.

Once I realized how much better my body feels being gluten free, it hasn’t been that hard to stay gluten free.

Of course, some days it’s impossible to avoid.  Church pot lucks, I just try to eat a minimum of gluten and know I’ll probably feel crummy on monday.  Not unlike a hangover.

    • Thanks ladies!!!

I’ve been getting these persistent, annoying headaches for so long, and my friend said I’m probably sensitive to gluten.  I’ve had severe Candida in the past!

I’m currently taking allergy shots but that’s for mold, dust, etc . . .

I’ll give the gluten free consumables a try!  BTW, what other type of symptoms are you gals getting being sensitive to gluten?  Thanks!

    • I heard it has to do with something called Crones Disease, not sure how to spell that.  My friend looks great and feels so much better after being diagnosed and went gluten free.
