We‘re having pork loin tonight, and I’m having a LOT of chardonay. Don’t know if that’s supposed to go with pork, but it’s what I’ve got.

I do like rieslings however there are a few merlots and Pinot grigios I like too. And I am no expert about what goes with what.

Reds also don’t agree with me, but when we dined in the city recently, i asked for an Italian Rose’ that was darker than i am used too and it was delicious...so, that may be an option..usually, the whites or a blush are what i stick with. We also go to wineries, so many of the wines are made in that region, and we try many types.
Neicy a twice pressed grape wine such as a white merlot are something similar is a good choice for steak for someone who does not like red wines
