With Mother’s Day fastly approaching us ladies have you thought of the ultimate gift you’d like to receive on our special day?
Recently, i took a ring into the jeweler’s and chose a new gemstone for it. Ironically, i chose an opal, my grandmother’s birthstone. Historically, i have never liked opals but i fell in love with this one. I am hoping that my husband will intercept my return visit to the jeweler’s to pick up the ring and present it to me on Mother’s Day. This ring will mean exponentially more to me...as my grandmother, Mimi, passed away just a few days ago.
My hubby and boys can pay for me an hour and a half massage. I need it badly!! That and/or a pretty hanging basket.....pedicure....manicure....facial.....just no appliances or stuff for the house that everyone else can use.

This is going to sound weird, but I would love to see hub and son go fishing on Sunday (they need a father/son day), bring home a big bucket of fried chicken and fixins, and the three of us watch a funny movie together in the evening..that would make me VERY happy as the three of us rarely spend time together with schedules, etc..
