We had bought a new mattress set less than 2 years ago and the manufacturor refused our claim under their warranty. It failed to meet their criteria by 1/4 inch. So we bought a new set.

Sleep number without a doubt. I have a freind that has had back issues for years and tried all sorts of mattres and loves her sleep number. she can make it as hard as she wants or as soft.
We invested in the Sleep number beds..hub, myself and our son and everyone is very happy with the good night sleep we get..but, of course, for me there is still those restless nights..hormones!
I love my pillow top mattress, but I would love to invest in one of those sleep number beds.
"As you open the door to new relationships and remove the chain from your own fears, God will overwhelm you with new splendor."
I’d buy one made of all natural materials. No poly-anything, no acrylic no plastic.

We bought a mattress like the Temper pedic from QVC. It had great reviews...even from people who have had back surgery. So we got it. It came in a tall box. When we took it out of the box it unfolded like a blow up mattress. We love it....and it cost us...$550 w/shipping...and it’s just the mattress..no springs.....no box springs...
I’m pretty happy with my futon, and just purchased a body pillow because I’m a stomach sleeper. I was reading about mattresses last week since I was having difficulty with my back because of my futon (Usually turn it every 4 sheet changes, but I got lazy) mattress. There are so many different types of mattresses at all sorts of price ranges, but the ones they recommended surprisingly enough were inflatable mattresses, because they don’t have springs or folds to aggravate pressure points. I had one years ago and loved it, but one day I hit the corner seam of it, running for the doorbell and suddenly there was a hurricane in my bedroom!
Well we are on night 3 of our new temper pedic....... We have 97 more nights to decide if we love it.

Waiting for the delivery of my Tempurpedic as I write...can hardly wait to wake up with less/no pain.
Be prepared for it to smell a little. I have not made my bed all weekend and keep the ceiling fan on too. They say the smell does go away tho
I do know that mu hubz has tossed and turned less. Now if it could do something for his snoring I might get some sleep

i too would go for a sleep numbers bed like marya1961. i would have it fitted into a four post authentic javanese bed.
