I never cook ribs if I can help it, but we will be cooking beef of course.

My yard is a mess and unsafe for bbqing, but if it was safe then I’d probably bbq chicken.

My son is cooking two boston butts on the Big Green Egg. He put them on last night and they have cooked all night and will cook all day until about 5:00pm. He marinated them in a combo of spices and injected them as well. His BBQ is delicious. I’m picking up hash from our local American Legion today to go with the BBQ. Then I’m making my famous cole slaw and I’m going to attempt in making potato salad. I wish my Mama was living to make me hers...it was the best. Oh and we will have rice to go along with the hash.

Mary, I want to know what “Boston Butts” are. Here Tri Tip roasts are a favorite to marinate and bbq. I fall in love with people that give me a slab of Tri Tip! LOL
