    • I do both. When I workout at home I go running, intense cardio (peak 8 to be exact), mini trampoline, jump rope, light weights. At the gym with my hubby, I do heavier weights and intense cardio on the treadmill.

      You?

I am walging walk/jogging about 4 days aweek
Yoga or Philates 3 days a week
I am not a gym goer, so its bee difficult to get out in the heat and do what needs to be done.
Would love to have a treadmill.........in my nice cool basement!!

    • LOL guidinglite...I only do 20-30 min at home, THREE times a week. The other two days at the gym are for about an hour. So I really only work out the hardest then. It’s my Isa that keeps me in great shape, healthy and happy!

You actually do pretty good yourself. estatic

    • I work out at the gym at work once a week and at home, I either go for a walk or do a yoga/pilates tape.  I was also doing a yoga class once a week but my teacher is off the month of August so I will try to supplement that with something else.

    • I love my workouts! I run on the treadmill on most days but go out on the road for hill training, too. I lift weights for my muscle tone and also for bone density. I do all my work at home. I like to get it done  early in the morning before I get into the shower. And, at this point I’ve now lost 45 pounds!!!estaticestaticestaticestatic

      Can you tell I’m excited?

What are you doing these days, Vikki? Are you going to the gym or working out at home?

    • I do both workout at home and the gym.  I do elliptical at home (I have a commercial grade machine at home) and lift hand weights (this takes about 2 hours).  On alternate days I go to the gym and do the cybex machine and stationary bike for 30 minutes each.  I also try to walk at home to mix things up and try to get pilates reformer in at times.

    • I work out at the gym , threadmill, stationary bike, weights, started 3 weeks ago and go 3 days per week.  Two-three days I go for a walk about 30-45 minutes. It feels good.  I hope to keep it up.

Rose and the others you all got me fired up, thanks.

    • I power walk every other day for 30 minutes outside in the good weather and that means some major uphill walking in my neighborhood...also, and don’t laugh, but I am a sweeping maniac with the broom outside...I literally sweep every day in front of the house and in my yard and believe me that keeps the upper arms in great condition...we have lots of trees and debris that lands in front of my house, so I am always cleaning.

In the winter, I use my treadmill for 30 minutes four days a week and then use light weights, my exercise ball for tummy strengthening and gentle aerobics...with my back and neck issues I have to be careful.
