Anybody practice Yoga? and if so, how do you like it?

    • I don’t do formal yoga but I do have a few CD’s that I use.

    • I don’t think I’d do well with the hot yoga. I like the simple yoga because I can do it after being sick to ease back into exercise. Stretching the muscles slowly keeps me flexible and I feel it also keeps my bone density up. I personally don’t see the purpose of the exteme heat to do yoga in.

    • I’ve practiced yoga for over 1-1/2 years and really love the benefits from doing so.  I used to go to a chiropractor once a month because of aches and pains.  Since yoga, I’ve gone to the chiropractor 3 times during the past 1-1/2 years.  My body feels less tight and I’m more flexble.

    • I have been doing hatha yoga for the last year and I really enjoy it.  It’s very gentle on your body.  As others say, there are different types of variations though.  This is the only one I have tried.
