    • Maryanne,

If you believe in God, pray and ask Him what to do and how to do it. Continue to be respectful and as always, do your job so well that “Boss” should feel guilty if he/she falsely accuses you of not doing your job. Find out if there are areas that you can improve in or is it a personality clash. Is there a confidante on the job that you can use as a guage?

Keep any memos, notes, e-mails-positive or negative

             Document incidents:job-related or otherwise

             Contact human resources

             Schedule meeting with“Boss” and
Be PREPARED: to TRANSFER/leave the company

to job hunt  if problem is not resolved

I will keep you in my prayers!

    • I agree with Maryanne.  You can not change the way people feel about you.  Be professional. Do your job to the best of your ability.  If he or she wants to get rid of you they will attack your performance. Document, Document, Document.....good luck to you.
