Q & A

I have a lot of friends on my friends list, but I’ve noticed that a lot have not been on since last year.  My question is do I delete those friends or keep them in case they show up again?

    • Ditto to what the other Ladies saidhappy

And also kind of confused to certain ones who are on my list but never aknowledge any of my post, not that I post everyday but when I do, I would think a simple smile or thumbs up or down would do, to let a person know your still around and know that I am here. I don’t want to delete them and have the other women be mad at me and say “oh my what a bitch” she deleted so and so“...lol,  cause I deleted someone who’s also their friend as well. But why stick with me if your not going to ever talk to me.worried

So anyway, thats my 2 cents...lol, I’ll go back to my corner now.happy

    • Good point Frannie. Sorry to say but I’m guilty of not acknowledging all my friends posts. It’s never meant to disrespect anyone. Sometimes the topic does not interest me, I don’t know how to answer it, many have given fabulous answers or repeat what several have already said. Besides many of my friends don’t respond to my questions for the same reasons.

I have a couple of friends not on my profile, but they do show up as friends online. I thought she was mad about something I did and dropped me. I sent her a pm and that was not the case, maybe a tech problem.

Well anyway, I’ll go back to my corner too.

      Hugs back Frannie!
      Linda

    • I never look at my friends list.  Wouldn’t know how to delete if I did have time to look at it.

Just think if someone was here for awhile and life pulled her away for a year or two, and she came back to find everyone had deleted her.  frown

    • I figured I would take a look. Found myself saying who are these people? And I hit the “delete” button. If they come back, I’ll add them again.

    • Maybe I worded it wrong. By all means I don’t expect for anyone to post a comment on every single post. I don’t even comment or read every single one myself. Like Linda said, I don’t always know what to say or how to answer.

I agree with Kyah, If they come back and want to be friends again, I would gladly accept.happy

    • I don’t delete someone off of my friends list because I’m mad at them, but they seem gone I will. We can leave messages on anyone’s profile, and I’ve done that with people not on my friends list.

    • Great responses by all!

I will take it a step further now. When I do decide to delete I also look at how many points they have, last time seen on here and if they are active on Facebook. And Kyah  also pointed out that she didn’t even know some of the ones on her list. Well if they were on my friend list and I didn’t know them, they had few to little points and it’s been awhile yes I will delete them.

I sometimes send emails out to everyone on my list and don’t want to bother anyone who is not interested. And I do view your interest level by your participation.

    • Annie, no problem I know my friends are not ignoring me and I’m not ignoring them too. I agree we respond to the topic not the person posting.

Vikki, great answer! (Now don’t drop me because I’m not on facebook. lol)

    • estatic That’s all I’ve got. Well I could also add great responses and I don’t want to repeat.

I was having issues posting for a while and was quite frustrated, but looks like whatever the problem was it is now fixed.
