Do you think Yana is crazy? I ran across a new member’s profile and Yana welcomed her 4 hours ago - nothing wrong in normal case BUT not when she is in Russia on vacation.. probably just barely checked into the hotel after a long flight... I think she is so addicting to this site even though she is the founder (drug inventor & dealer lol.) (my friendly comment)
Beachbum: From my observation, I don’t think so. It appears she wants to do that individually to add her wonderful warming personal touch.
Annie: I am not complaining - that’s her site. What I am saying is: I wish she would take a break and enjoy herself. We can all chip in and help her out. I personally would like to hear about her trip then seeing her worrying about the site and newcomers. I hope I made some sense here.
Monnalissa: No I have not checked her out - 19? I did welcome her and I sometimes do not look much further. Maybe she want to learn our collective wisdom, hmmmm?? To Yana to figure out.
Many others: This is my thought, you don’t have to do it but it is nice to help Yana to welcome newcomers if we have time. I know many have already doing it. This stems from my heart and it’s my little itsy bitsy contribution back. Cheers.

To answer your question, I go to Members on the top brown banner, I change to Female and No pictures required, newcomers are listed first as soon as they confirm.
Yana has put her heart and soul into creating this site. And, her family is loving and caring and gives her the space and time to keep it nurtured and functioning well. I can fully understand. I feel the same way with my business. My business is very small, small enough that when I send out a box of chocolates I send out a courtesy e-mail or make a phone call to be sure they arrived in good condition and the customer is enjoying them. It may sound strange but when you put so much of yourself into something like that it is with you 24/7 even if you try to put it aside.
Yana loves her site, she is a very caring lady ! God bless Yana. Big smiles to her.
That is why this site is so great. I am not even 40 yet. But this site feels loving and welcoming. What ever she is doing it is working. The world is already losing the small things that make life great. I think it is a great thing to welcome someone right away “personally“.
