I take a generic my doc perscribed. I’ve heard you build immunity so If I don’t fall asleep by midnight I take one. The best tool is walking though. I try to walk in an area that is up hill as much as possible. Don’t forget, you‘re only going UP hill for 1/2 the walk. lol It doesn’t always garauntee sleep, but it has made a huge reduction in the amount of sleep aide I take. I automatacly take a sleeping pill If I have something going on the next day where I have to get up early or have something going on that will cause me stress. (like leaving on a trip)
I suffered for years with it. My choice of course, would be Nutritional Cleansing and Replenishing. I had the most amazing deep sleep and slept like I died to the world. My body was long overdue for some restful sleep. Love it and wouldn’t trade my deep sleeps for anything in the world.
I have tried Lunesta and Trazadone. I think Lunesta worked better though. I remember it knocked me right out.
Diane, I tried both of those too, and nothing. Ambien has been the only one to work for me.
I take a Valerian Root capsule when I have trouble falling asleep.
