    • Sometimes.  We’ll probably be having more holidays at my daughter’s house now because she has more space,  but I have the biggest table and a kitchen that can handle more than one cook.

    • We used to rotate holidays when our son was small because then he would have his cousins at our house.  These days now that he is grown, we like to travel to others homes for holidays..I am getting too tired anymore.tongue out

    • It use to not be but now on my husband’s side of the family it is the gathering place.  I play hostess to Thanksgiving and enjoy every minute.

Christmas we go over to my sister in laws on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day we only do breakfast at my mother in law’s.  One day that will change and we will establish new traditions.

Life has a way of forcing us to change our traditions and ways of doing things.  One day I’m sure my youngest son will be the one to have everyone over...he enjoys it as much as I do.

    • Ladies, thanks for your comments and  enjoy your family and friends as you already do!

Yes, my home is the gathering place for family(hubby’s and mine). I love having gatherings.heart

My two daughters have also hosted some smaller family gatherings and they enjoy it too.
One day the baton will be passed to them completely and I’ll just sit back, smile and enjoy!

    • When I was in my home YES! But now that I’m in an apartment no because of limited space, but some of my siblings still find their way here on holidays for some of my good cooking seeing my mom is deceased and I’m the best cook in the family lol.
