I told my husband I wanted someone to help me clean the house. Not that he’ll hire someone, but I’m not planning to do as much cleaning so eventually he’ll get the message.
Omit drama kings and queens out of my life and reminding myself that if a task is too much for me leave it alone, and begin to tell people no when they are trying to load their problems on me when it is too much to bear.
